National News: PM Modi launched and inaugurated projects worth nearly ₹36,000 crore in Purnea. He said these projects include rail, airport, electricity, and water facilities, which will transform the Seemanchal region. He called the projects part of his mission to empower backward areas. Modi added that until every poor family has a pucca house, his government will not stop. He declared this as “Modi’s Guarantee” for the people of Bihar. Nitish Kumar, present at the event, said he will never change sides again.
During the program, Modi handed over pucca homes to more than 40,000 beneficiaries under the PM Awas Yojana. He said these families are entering a new phase of life before Diwali, Dhanteras, and Chhath Puja. Modi congratulated them, calling it a life-changing moment. He reminded that in 11 years, his government has provided 4 crore houses to the poor. Now, three crore more houses are being built. He said no poor will remain homeless under his watch.
The Prime Minister flagged off the Vande Bharat and Amrit Bharat trains during his visit. He also inaugurated a new railway line and highlighted engineers’ hard work. The Purnea airport terminal, built in record time of five months, was inaugurated too. Modi said the first commercial flight was flagged off, marking a new era for Seemanchal. He argued that modern connectivity is the foundation of Bihar’s progress. These projects, he said, prove NDA’s speed and commitment to Bihar.
Modi hit out at RJD and Congress over a Congress Kerala post that compared Bihar to bidis. He said this insult shows their hatred for Bihar. Modi accused them of scams and corruption that ruined Bihar’s reputation. He claimed such parties cannot digest Bihar’s growth. According to Modi, they exploited Bihar for decades and are now spreading lies. He urged the people to teach them a lesson in the upcoming polls. He said Bihar’s honour is not negotiable.
The Prime Minister declared that all infiltrators will be driven out of India. From Purnea, he told RJD and Congress to listen carefully. He said infiltrators are endangering states like Bihar, Bengal, and Assam. Families worry about the safety of daughters, he stressed. Modi explained that his “Demography Mission” will tackle this crisis. He alleged the opposition supports infiltrators only for vote banks. He said NDA will lock infiltration permanently, ensuring security for honest citizens of India.
Modi said Bihar’s women will decide the state’s future. He argued that mothers and sisters know who works for their welfare. Women suffered most under misrule and now trust development, he added. Modi pointed to welfare schemes directly benefiting women. He said women’s strong support is the biggest answer to RJD and Congress. Modi assured them his government will continue to reduce costs and improve daily life. He stressed that their trust is the real strength of NDA.
Modi told the crowd that India’s progress depends on Bihar’s growth. He said Seemanchal, ignored by earlier governments, is now a development focus. NDA has brought the region into the national mainstream. He announced the formation of a National Makhana Board. Nearly ₹500 crore has been approved for the sector. Modi promised better prices and technology for farmers. He said these steps show how Bihar’s future is tied to India’s overall journey of progress and prosperity.
